Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in/preparing meetings with Head of Departments/Branch Managers and other staff
  • Assist the CEO in day to day business and managing her agenda (meetings, letters and      conferences)
  • Preparation of board meetings and committees.
  • Coordinate and respond to request for external visitors and logistics for all foreign visitors.
  • Coordinates Logistics  with company secretary, edit and produce various reports such as key                                                                     performance indicators
  • Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Qualification at least diploma in Business Administration or related field. 
  • Profound knowledge of the Administration, especially report writing dealing with cooperate duties.
  • Experience of at least one year in the current position.
  • Computer literacy:             Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
